Track Overview

In-depth Look at How Tracks Function on the S-4

Last updated 1 day ago

Track Architecture

The S-4 features four stereo tracks, each with its own chain of five devices. Also, each track provides four modulators, which can be assigned to modulate any device parameter within the same track.

All four tracks are routed in parallel to the internal mixer for further processing.

Track View

The Track View provides an overview of the four tracks on the S-4. In this view, tracks can be selected and routed into other tracks using sends. The diagram in the Track View indicates whether devices on the selected track are active or bypassed.
