A High-Level Look at the T1​

The T1 is an algorithmic sequencer designed to create continuously evolving musical patterns. Instead of programming fixed steps, you sculpt rhythmic, tonal, and temporal behaviour with dedicated controls that respond in real time. The T1 does not generate audio; it controls external instruments and systems over MIDI, CV/Gate, analog clock, and Wi‑Fi (Ableton Link).

Hands-on and performance-first, the T1’s interface uses illuminated buttons and encoders to visualize parameters and states without a screen. With 16 polyphonic tracks per pattern, Euclidean and algorithmic models, and deep per-track control, the T1 fluidly bridges composition and live improvisation.

Performance workflow​

  • Mute and Temp (temporary) performance controls.
  • Copy/Clear and Clipboard for fast rearrangement.
  • Dedicated CC tracks and FX tracks to automate and perform external gear.

Connectivity​

  • MIDI over USB and 3.5 mm TRS Type A (DIN via adapters).
  • CV/Gate outputs and analog sync I/O.
  • Wi‑Fi with Ableton Link for wireless clocking across devices.

Configuration​
