Bank Menu
The Bank Menu is used to select, save, reload, and clear Banks.
The T1 continuously autosaves its current working state and restores the previously used Bank on startup. For more on how this relates to Projects, Banks, and Patterns, see Managing Projects. The Bank Menu is used for manual Bank selection and for saving, reloading, or clearing known Bank states.
A Bank contains 16 Patterns and the Bank's Tempo setting.
Opening the Bank Menu
[BANK] acts as a Home button outside Track view.
- Press [BANK] to return to Track view (if needed).
- Hold [BANK] to open the Bank Menu.
- While holding, the Value Buttons [VB1]–[VB16] represent the 16 bank slots.
If [BANK] is blinking red, an edit view is active (for example Cycles or Per-step editing). Press [BANK] to exit to Track view.

Bank States and Colors
When the Bank Menu is open, the value buttons use colors to show bank slot states:

| [YELLOW] | Selected bank |
| [DARK YELLOW] | Bank has been changed (not saved) |
| [GREEN] | Saved bank |
| [DARK GREEN] | Empty bank slot |
Loading a Bank (and selecting a Pattern)
Banks cannot be played by themselves — a Pattern must be selected inside the Bank.
To play a Pattern from another Bank:
- Hold [BANK] and press a Bank slot [VBx] to select the Bank.
- While still holding [BANK], the unit opens the Pattern selection view for that Bank.
- Press a Pattern slot [VBx] to choose which Pattern to play or edit in the selected Bank.
- Release [BANK].
If no Pattern is selected after choosing a Bank, the T1 remains in the previously active Bank.

Saving a Bank
To save the current Bank state to a Bank slot:
- Hold [BANK] + [CTRL]
- Press the target Bank slot [VBx]
The Bank is written to the selected slot.
Reloading a Bank (revert to last saved)
To discard changes and return a Bank slot to its last saved state:
- Hold [BANK] and hold the target Bank slot [VBx] until the Value Buttons flash.
When the flash appears, the reload has completed and the saved state is restored.
Clearing a Bank
To clear a Bank:
- Hold [CLEAR] + [BANK]
- Press the target Bank slot [VBx]
Clearing a Bank erases it from flash and cannot be undone.
