The RING device offers everything from traditional filtering to experimental resonating effects and animated modulation. Increase per-band resonance to craft metallic tones or soothing, harmonic textures when quantized to a scale. Morph the entire filter bank for dynamic, evolving sounds, or skew individual filters to shape and balance the incoming signal with precision.

Parameters​

CUTOFF: Controls the cutoff frequency of the filter bank.

RESONANCE: Adjusts the resonance of the cutoff frequency.

DECAY : Increases the resonance of individual bands to create ringing frequencies.

Parameter ModeDescription
SUSTAINApplies the filter decay effect post-filter, resulting in sustained notes.
CHOKEApplies the filter decay effect pre-filter, allowing CUTOFF to filter out the effect.

PITCH: Adjusts the pitch of the entire filter bank in semitones. Range: -24 to +24.

SLOPE: Morphs the filter bank between low‑pass, band‑pass, and high‑pass responses.

TONE: Skews the frequency response of the filter bank, amplifying highs and attenuating lows for positive values, and vice versa for negative values.

SCALE: Quantises the positions of individual bands to the specified scale. The default is CHROMATIC, ensuring the filter bank replicates the incoming signal. Learn more about Scales here.

WET: Controls the dry/wet mix of the device.
